In the Dough started as a baklava company in 1990, soon expanding into other desserts and pastries for mail order / drop ship. Seeing the demand for hors d'oeurves, the company began introducing innovative, high quality, savory items.

In the Dough has grown at a steady pace over the last decade. All of our products are handmade in small batches to insure our self-imposed high quality requirements. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients available. Our staff is highly trained in both production and food service management.

Our main focus over the years has been in the manufacture and drop ship of products for catalogues. In the Dough has manufactured products for top gourmet mail order catalogues for years. Now the time has come for us to offer our products for food service, caterers and the general public. Our sweet and savory creations are a natural for hotels, clubs, restaurants and anyone with a taste for the extrordinary.
